1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jeetwin ("Platform", "we", "us") and every user who uses the services of this platform ("Member", "you"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

The meanings of certain key terms used in this document are as follows:

• "Platform" — the overall service framework including the jeetwin website and mobile application.
• "Member" — any individual who holds a registered account.
• "Real Money" — actual funds deposited into a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds awarded under a promotion, which are governed by separate conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing funds from a bonus.
• "KYC" — the process of verifying a member's identity (Know Your Customer).

These Terms are written in Bengali and shall be interpreted in accordance with the legal framework of Bangladesh. In the event of any translation, the original Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To create an account and use the gaming or betting services on jeetwin, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If any such account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

2.2 Information Required at Registration

During the registration process, the member must provide the following accurate information:

• Full name (as shown on the national identity card)
• Mobile number and email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method

If an account is registered with false information, it may be closed at any time, and jeetwin will bear no financial liability in such circumstances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making a first withdrawal or for transactions above a certain limit, a member may be required to complete the identity verification process (KYC). This may involve submitting a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If KYC is not completed, processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed.

3 Account Management and Security

Each member is solely responsible for the full security of their account. It is essential to keep passwords and login credentials confidential. If login credentials are shared with any third party, the member concerned will be held responsible for any transactions that occur on that account.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify jeetwin's support team immediately. Any transaction carried out while the account is active will be considered valid unless the member submits a written complaint.

• Use a strong password for your account — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi.
• Change your password regularly.
• Always log out after using your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jeetwin currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are accepted for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. This timeframe may increase if KYC verification is pending or if an account review is in progress.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile banking or bank account is prohibited. Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. If a third-party payment is identified, the transaction will be cancelled or placed under investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeetwin's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning the wagering requirement on a ৳1,500 bonus would be ৳37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and is governed by offer-specific rules.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must first be met.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• jeetwin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

jeetwin's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses. Silver members receive up to 1.0%, and Gold members receive up to 1.5%. Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses. 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet will be considered valid only when the system confirms it and the member's account has sufficient balance. jeetwin reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports markets are subject to change, and the odds applicable at the time a bet is accepted will be considered final. For cricket, football, and other sports, settlement of bets requires waiting for the official result to be announced. If a match is suspended or cancelled, the bet will be settled in accordance with jeetwin's own rules.

6.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and each round of every game is completely independent. Any complaint regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetwin platform:

• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity
• Running multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Attempting to alter any system or code of the platform

If any of the above activities are identified, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action will be taken where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by jeetwin

jeetwin may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms
• Registration with false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Refusal to complete KYC verification
• Court order or legal obligation

8.2 Account Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they must notify the support team in writing. All pending bets must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

jeetwin is not liable for any financial loss arising from technical faults, internet disconnection, or issues with third-party services. Maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in which the issue occurred.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Responsible Gaming Policy

If any member experiences signs of gaming addiction, please contact our support team. The self-exclusion feature allows an account to be temporarily deactivated for a set period.

12 Dispute Resolution

Any dissatisfaction with a bet result or an account-related decision must be reported within 30 days of the event. 13 Changes to Terms

jeetwin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
